I was sent to Abra by my insurance company. They have a partner relationship and it made the process very simple for me. I had minor damage from a deer I hit but big enough to want to get it fixed with my car only being 2 years old. My appointment was at noon on a Tuesday which of course I was late to, they were very nice when they called to let me know enterprise was there waiting and worked with them to make sure they were back by the time I showed up. The drop off was very easy, no wait and everyone was very friendly. We walked around the vehicle went over damage and I was on my way. The job was completed and my car was ready the very next day. I was shocked at how fast the turn around was. Again pick up went just as well they took care of the rental for me gave me my keys and I was on my way. This whole process could have been a headache but thanks to everyone involved it was just a minor inconvenience for myself and had no impact on my family whatsoever. As for the actual work it looks as if nothing ever happened to my car, and my car was washed and shiny when I picked it up. Obviously with paint jobs only time will tell but I'm fairly confident in the work and very satisfied with the overall experience.

Fri: We call for an update. They haven't gotten our parts and haven't started yet. But even though we were left assuming they'd already started, they didn't bother to call to tell us that.

Tues: They never called with an update, so we assumed they still hadn't done ANYTHING on our car (we've already had an impossible time with State Farm since our accident, and have debated just towing it to our usual shop and fixing it out of pocket, the non cosmetic damage is under $1,000). We drive in. They have had an estimate for days and have ordered parts, which should get there Thursday at the latest, but they expect them Wednesday. They will start repairs immediately upon getting the parts.

Autodialer called me on a regular basis during the week leading up to my appointment to remind me to call and make an appointment. I talked to customer service who said they would fix it. Calls kept coming. I called customer service again. The lady apologized and stated she would tell her manager but hung up when I asked for her name.

Took my car to the Loveland location . The repair was made quickly . The car looked like new when I came to pick it up. And on top of that....they washed and waxed the car thoroughly ! It’s never been cleaner ! Yippee! I’m happy!

They require that if they fix your car, they have to fix the expensive cosmetic damage, but State Farm forced us to use them, so fine. But they have never once called us with an update. They didn't call us once they got an estimate to ask if it was okay before ordering parts. They never once gave us an update on the timeline without us calling to request one. And they send annoying texts with no information about your car, or even false information. (Ex: "Your car is loving it here!")

Well I'm sure this review may not help speed along the procees but this company has had my WORK TRUCK a vehicle I need for my business and lively hood to feed my children hostage for double the time and it's still not done. We were promised the work would be done within a couple weeks...Monday is a MONTH! I don't care how good it looks or works when I get it back at this point the truck will no longer be mine when I LOSE MY BUSINESS due to repeated lies and being told it's almost done for two weeks now. If you have an unlimited amount of time and are good at eating lies Abra is the place for You! Oh by the way James or Chad we did get in touch with corporate thanks for also lying about not knowing how to reach them but they will be in touch with YOU very soon. You can worry about your business now.

I will choose another repair shop if I need one again if at all possible.

I did not feel they adequately addressed all of my issues in the repair. My car seat was checked, but I don't feel it was fixed. They did come out and look at it with me at puck up, but doubt about it remains. I would have needed to leave it again which I didn't want to do. So I choose to leave it as is vs. more frustrating time spent on the matter. But I sit in the chair everytime I get in the car and often remember the issue with frustration.
