Great car wash, used automated service and vehicle looked great.
First I want to start by saying I always try to support local business.. On my way home today I decided to get my car washed because it's been awhile and the weather was going to be nice for the next few days. Normally when I stop here (before the ownership change) I would use their self serve washing option, it's always been a cheap way to get a nice wash pretty quickly. Today, I decided to go through the touchless automated wash. There are three options and I chose the highest tier, with the RainX upcharge. I am not impressed. I'm used to using Mike's Car Wash for my cars in the past and their quality is pretty good. After exiting the tunnel I immediately drove away, sometimes I take a microfiber cloth and wipe my car off, today I didn't do that to test the quality of this wash. After I got home I checked out the car and I have water spots EVERYWHERE. This should NOT be the case for a near $20 automated wash. I've paid $12 at Mike's and I've gotten better service. Not happy.
The change machine dispenses $1 coins. Good idea but they need to make this clearer. There is probably a sign but I didn't see it. I put in $10 thinking I'd use the quarters for pinball later, but I got 10 dollar coins. Oh well. Car wash seemed expensive too. I did the self service wash and put $5 in the machine and was barely able to do a quick wash.
All the bays were closed the last time I went there. Prior to that, several were broken, the coin machines were full and no longer accepting quarters, or the timer were broken. Will not be back to use their self service bays again.
Ok self wash auto washes are ok also nothing great
TL;DR - Don't use the automatic wash, use the manual stations. Manual stations are 5 stars, the automatic one is far from it.
