Very professional staff at the Loveland store. Our salesman,Tom was very helpful in answering any questions we had all while giving us our own time to shop and make our decision. We have owned Lazy Boy Furniture for 20 years and would recommend it to everyone.
Thought thier chairs (non-reclining) were remarkably uncomfortable given thier name. Also have a relative who has had numerous issues with a recliner from here due to plastic parts repeatedly breaking.
We have never had such poor service as we had with LaZBoy customer service and corporate office. No one called back when promised. We had to call back each time. LaZBoy has the poorest repair services. They actually broke our chair beyond repair while replacing a part. We had to argue our case to get the chair replaced at no cost to us. If they are the ones who break it they should replace it. We had to call several times over the course of 2 months to get this resolved. We would never recommend LaZBoy to anyone.
Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Let us take our time without pushing us to make decisions.
Tom did a great job of leading us to our new recliner! He gave us space and didn't pressure us, which is very important to me. They had a great selection on the floor and good deals going on, making our decision very easy.
