Meijer is my favorite store to grab last minute goods as I feel like I get in and out a lot quicker than some of the bigger name grocery stores. Meijer employees are always friendly and willing to help even if it sometimes feels like they are figuring out the same time you are. My only big complaint is some of the items that I like to get but are generally less popular are often expired but still sitting on the shelves. Overall I'd say they do a great job and are very fair on pricing
Generally clean and easy to navigate. Seems to be getting some type of refresh in the grocery area. Prices are generally ok, but sometimes you will get coupons at checkout that will make a return trip worth it for sure. I usually go late at night and do sells check out. Very easy and fast.
This is a clean, well stocked store. I've always been able to find everything on my list. Especially good produce department.
Love the home section. Lots of discounts. Open late hours. Love the greet at the door. Did not like the self scan.. Had to flag down annoyed workers to help on all discounted items. I don't get why they have every worker walking around yawning but no one at an open lane or around the self scanner.
This evening my daughter and I went this store to make a return then to have a look around to pass the time. While we were looking at the fish I noticed the tanks were filthy. Then we found a beautiful beta fish... There was plastic... In the cup with him!? I bought the poor guy and brought him home. This place does not take care of their fish. Maybe that's why they don't have hamsters anymore. They should take better care of these fish!
