They always have what i need and its nice to just drop into a small location and be in and out vs a huge big box that takes extra time. The nice thing about this location is that they are customer focused and that’s a big advantage when your trying to get the right tools for the job. The prices aren’t always the lowest but they are with in a few dollars which is worth the time you save. The parking is convenient and you can usually get a space right up front.
Every thing is over priced and the owner accused me of stealing because i did not by the garbage product they had. Then the owner of the store followed me into another store and told them to watch me. He then continued to insult me. Worst shopping experience i ever had. But the joke is on them i spend a lot of money at hardware stores and never stole in my life!!!
Ace doesn't have the aisles and aisles that Home Depot or Lowe's does, but I love the service you get at this store. Today was just a great example of it!
I bought an older home in the area 3 years ago, so I have been a frequent visitor to this Ace, and have always been impressed by the helpfulness of the service. Today I was driving past and happened to have the door to my dryer in the back of my car. I replaced a broken part in the door, but had a lot of difficulty getting the door reassembled! I stopped in to Ace, thinking maybe they could help, and Bruce helped me for 20 minutes to get the very troublesome door back together!

Everyone here was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get supplies to hang up a heavy mirror and they help me find everything I need to hang it up. They were very nice and they got me in and out in no time. I was able to put the mirror up with ease thanks to their help.
