Just now I called because part of a downspout had been damaged in a storm. Mary remembered our house, knew what the issue was, and promised she'd have someone out to fix it asap. Fast forward to winter 2009. Terrible winter, lots of snow and heavy accumulation on the roof. We experienced roof leaks into 2 bedrooms upstairs.
